"I have been working for this company for a couple of years now. Nepotism and the good ole boy system are used to promote people who are not qualified for the positions they are in. Their business model is way outdated and there is major conflict of interest going on in the quality department. Management is resistant to change. Directors and Senior Managers are territorial and do not like suggestions on where things can be improved. Everyone is in fire fighting mode."
