"Listen to your associates. You are only as good as the people you have working for you and when they are unhappy your business will not succeed. Provide an opportunity for every person to be a stakeholder, make their voices heard and the organization will benefit each and every day."

"Carefully assess the education and experience levels of those you'd be working with and tailor your resume to that. To obtain my position I dumbed down my resume and application."
What don't you like about working at San Jose State University?
"Job security for everyone not always conductive to a progressive atmosphere. Pay scale is lowest of the 23 CSU campuses and below that of State and local employees."
