"Horrible Leadership, Excellent Overall Vision"
What do you like about working at America Works?
"The vision and mission of the company is necessary in our society. There are a variety of demographics that find it difficult to become employed (veterans, ex-offenders, welfae, etc.). You will work with talented, professional colleagues."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You will get the job if you have a clean backgrund and decent credit. Only take this job if you have been unemployed and need cash. I promise that any compny is better than this one. All companies have their issues, but there are deep-seated problems permeating within this company. Be sure to do research on the company. Search sites like careerbliss.com to find out what others have said about the company. I did before I began working and didnt believe it. I should have. Everything other/past employees have said is completely true. DO NOT think all reviews are written by completely disgruntled employees. I wish managment read them, so that some meaningful changes could be made."
What don't you like about working at America Works?
"Turnover is very high.As with most companies, your immediate supervisor with throw you under the bus in conversations to protect themselves. What is disturbing is that conversations about employees are discussed in front of their peers. This happened to me while visiting the facilities (before my start date). I should have taken that as a cue to start looking. When I found out that it happened to me, I considered taking legal action, but I had employment with another firm."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do not consume food or other products that will cause you to be intoxicated before visiting a site office."
What do you like about working at World Wrestling Entertainment?
"Excitement, people, the entertainment business, coaching young talent wanting to live their dream"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Know what you're getting into. It isn't as rosey or nice as it's made out to be. Politics are definetly at play"
What don't you like about working at World Wrestling Entertainment?
"A lot of back stabbing and lack of communication. No trust or feeling that we were all working for the same goal. Pettiness and a lot of lying and overbearing people."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Would have allowed the coaching staff to do our job. Not interfere but trust our judgement and not over ride us"

"The flexible hours were nice, especially while going to school."

"Be aggressive and assertive. Bring a personality to the table!"
What don't you like about working at Darden Restaurants?
"Pay is awful, and it feels like they don't care about you at all."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Seriously, pay us more than 2.13 an hour! Its nuts, were your slaves!"

"It was the most convenient way to work through college, and when times got rough and I needed the work."

"Outback Restaurant is a great place to work part-time while studying. That's all."

"It was never meant to be permanent. It was a job I needed to stay afloat."

"As a steakhouse for the average family, they do what they do well."

"the company pays poorly in most of the time and the work environment is not right for me."

"Improve work incentives and be more strict with employees idle."

What do you like about working at Griffith Energy Services?
"I like that the company allows for me to make many daily decisions to increase productivity. I enjoy working with a team and independently and this position has allowed to of these desires to be met."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Iwould suggest to continually improve your company resume so that the human resource department can make assessments of in-house employees that may be interested in moving up within the organization."
What don't you like about working at Griffith Energy Services?
"I do not like when others are not as productive as they could be."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would decrease the time in between meetings to ensure that what is being asked of employees is being carried out and to determine if a better plan of action would be more suitable for the tasks at hand. I would also have a suggestion box for employees to fill out that could add direct input from different department sources to understand when and if changes should be made to increase these departments and productivity."
What do you like about working at Applebee's?
"Great boss, the job keeps you active and forces a positive attitude, meeting lots of different people, practice with multi-tasking constantly."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be willing to come in and work, and everyone's job will be easier, including yours. Those who tend to slack off seem to be the quickest to leave."
What don't you like about working at Applebee's?
"Some of the duties for positions seem unevenly distributed when compared to base pay."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Due to the location and slight lack of business and high turnover rate I've seen over the last year and a half, I believe a small pay increase would keep some of the rogue employees happy enough to stay."
