"It wasn't necessarily Pinkerton that was liked, it was the client I was working for."

"I believe Pinkerton can be a very good company to work for. The officers at my location had a very high disrespect for Branch Manager because of his poor ethics and leadership. I am very qualified to work for Pinkerton again, but would not due so under the El Segundo Branch Manager."

"Very poor leadership. Client didn't expect that I stay in the position long due to Pinkerton Branch Management"

"I was site manager, it was the Branch Manager that had no people skills."

"The energy of everyone in the company! The determination, focus and teamwork to acheive the goal."

"What is the security of the position How much has GMAC improved since the recent cutback What data is available to confirm a turn around"
What don't you like about working at Ally Financial?
"That the company was purchased by a company that knew little about our business. GMAC had a niche market in the GM Family and GM Supplier clientelle. Cerberus saw no value in that and eliminated our department. The GM Family business was not a given and the company lost those clients that were the cream of the crop and was left with subprime customers - not an ideal situation in a declining economy!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"While GMAC brought value to GM when they needed the cash the most, they should have used more care in the negotiation with a buyer so they could have insured success and value in the future. All of GMAC mortage retail offices nation wide are now closed because the immediate cash flow that was needed by GM few years ago."
