"I love the part when everything is a rush when service is going on and coordination of the job."
"I loved mixing, drinking and interacting with people. I loved being a leader in an environment where I felt my input really made a difference. It's the sort of employment where every department must be self-managed in some way because it's such a big house with so many aspects. And everyone is trusting to you not just to do the job well, but exceptionally well. What I hated, if I had to pick anything out of the hat, was you never really knew when your shift was going to end. Movie Tavern generates so much business that you'd feel bad leaving your shift when everyone else was still being slammed. So, you were encouraged to stay just a little bit longer to help. However, when if you were the one closing that night, you'd also appreciate your co-worker's assistance in staying longer. It's the mutual respect and teamwork that got everyone by."
"I love being a trainer because I like being able to help the new franchisees learn the business. It gives me a good feeling seeing one of the franchisee owners that I taught run a successful business!"
"I enjoyed being able to be there for my co-workers whenever they needed me and they came to rely on me for help if they felt unable to fulfill the task themselves. I was really proud that I was able to help my co-workers at a moment's notice, but it deemed difficult if I was the only trainer on duty that day or we only had 5 staff members to take on the many tasks that occurred in the store. It got to the point that I had to take on 5 different store tasks at once and while I carried them out to completion, I was never really commended for it."
"I love that I can be in touch with people and really help people to improve their lives. I wish my job were full time."
"Training people is not my thing."
"I love training individuals on new software or equipment. I love traveling with my training assignments. The only thing I dislike about training is when I am given materials that are incomplete to train and instruct with."
