Tolmar is losing employees at a faster rate than they can replace them, and those left behind are working 50-60 hours a week trying to keep the place afloat. I would be surprised if the company is not bought out in the next few years."

"I'm frustrated with the lack of planning and the challenges it causes the IT department. I'm working 24x7 with no help or backup."

"They need to be more realistic about the workload and plan more thoroughly."
