"Most individuals in management roles are not competent and lead by intimidating their employees and taking credit for other people's work. Tolmar is losing employees at a faster rate than they can replace them, and those left behind are working 50-60 hours a week trying to keep the place afloat. I would be surprised if the company is not bought out in the next few years."
