"The individuals are talented and dedicated to achieving company success."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The company culture varies from department to department, try to talk to get a sense of what the interviewing manager's personality style is as soon as possible in the interview process to determine if you really want to work in that department."

What don't you like about working at Time Warner?

"Lack of clear vision and direction, and sense of purpose."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Create a clear vision of the future for the company and treat employees like the smart, dedicated adults as you say you hired, and allow room for failure. Just put in controls to mitigate risks."

"The environment. Good balance of family/work time. Flexibility of work hours."

"Uncertainty."

"Listen to the developers."

"I love the people. To be honest I really would like to stay with AOL, and ride the new band wagon with the new management. I believe there are exciting things ahead for AOL. However, layoffs are coming and no one is safe and one needs to be proactive."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Not really, just be open, honest, and show the passion that it takes to work hard, to have integrity, creative/innovate."

What don't you like about working at Time Warner?

"Over the past few years all of the inconsistencies with Executive Management, different strategies that didn't seem to make sense for the market place. My hope is with the spin-off from Time Warner things will calm down and there will be a clear direction."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think Tim Armstrong is heading in the right direction and is working towards bringing the executives and management in line, again, I would love to be around after the layoffs to see what happens with the company."
