"Not a very good place to work. The management is very self centered and promotions are very few and far between. Workplace ethics are nearly non existent. Upper level management has been replaced multiple times. CEO is not knowledgeable of the industry. Layoffs are constantly occurring. I would not recommend working in this environment."

"High Stress and Low Pay. Management judges you solely on outbound Phone Calls and not how productive or profitable you may be by making less calls than the desired number of 75 minimum outbound calls per day."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management does not listen to the rank and file employee so why bother. They find new ways to cut your pay by using Claimed vs. Non Claimed Accounts and Extranet Orders from YOUR customers sometimes pay you NO COMMISSION at all if they are not Claimed. They also charge the Account Managers 2% for their Accounts that use American Express."

"Inbound Sales is the lowest of the low. It is a Call Center and Management is ALWAYS yelling at you to get on the phones. You are not allowed to think for yourself and have to ask permission for everything including going to the bathroom."
