"I think you are always chasing the carrot here. You are micro managed and set to a schedule that does not allow you to build relationships with customers. Sales is an emotional roller coaster. However, when you're under someone else's emotional roller coaster and they are screaming at you. Work is torture."

"Challenging tools and (too) old school mentalities. Positive change has been very slow. Network and computers are slow. No BYOD option even though there's a very capable Cisco WAP in place. Recruiting and retaining quality agents is a significant challenge partly due to low base pay and challenging CRM tools."

"Not a very good place to work. The management is very self centered and promotions are very few and far between. Workplace ethics are nearly non existent. Upper level management has been replaced multiple times. CEO is not knowledgeable of the industry. Layoffs are constantly occurring. I would not recommend working in this environment."

"The store was amazing until we hired new management. After we hired new managers the store manager made the store more store focused instead of focusing on customer service and due to that you don't get to spend as much time with customers so you are not providing the complete solution, and therefore not making as much money. Creating hostility as the sales manager is not happy about it either, so it is creating hostility between the sales associates and sales manager and the store manager."
