"For folks who want to advance their careers at TIAA-CREF and try different jobs, you will need to be in one of the hub offices or you will be extremely limited for any chance of doing something different."

"The company is very high on customer service which I agree is important. There are too many surveys sent to the client which directly affected certain EE's performance. The clients are in most cases too busy to constantly complete surveys. There needs to be a better method."

"I would reduce the number of useless reports and duplicate reporting."
