"Lots of overtime. Some of the metrics are hard to maintain."

"Add more co-workers. More flexibility about the mandatory overtime for all."

"The inability to be flexible in work-life balance; the frustration of having IE6 and other like out-of-date applications in the environment."

"For folks who want to advance their careers at TIAA-CREF and try different jobs, you will need to be in one of the hub offices or you will be extremely limited for any chance of doing something different."

What don't you like about working at TIAA-CREF?

"The company is very high on customer service which I agree is important. There are too many surveys sent to the client which directly affected certain EE's performance. The clients are in most cases too busy to constantly complete surveys. There needs to be a better method."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would reduce the number of useless reports and duplicate reporting."

"My team was great. They were the best team to work with."

"Be open with the customer service and experience in regards to the clients' needs."

"There were no opportunities in Houston area for me, nor were any opening soon."

"They need to work on their abilty to retain their personnel."
