"Be a good little soldier. Talk up your sales experience."

"Very regimented. Scripted call format. We lacked the ability to empathize. Rules were rules, no exceptions."

"Walk the walk, don't just talk the talk. You talk about wanting to hear from the front line but ignore any feedback received."
