"I have worked for Reuters and then Thomson Reuters for many years. While working here I have seen many changes, some for the better and not so good. The company has changed from a more friendly, work well with everyone to more of a cold machine that does not care about abilities and experience, and knowledge. The focus now seems to be to increase the bottom line at any cost."

"Excellent working conditions, however the company is laying off people, which is not a very good sign."

"As an employee of Thomson Reuters for the past 3 years, I love working here. Unfortunately, as it is a rather large company, room for growth is difficult to come by and I am eager to enter the marketing field."

"I've been at Thomson Reuters for about a year, and it's both good and bad. The good: TR conducts itself in a very ethical manner, and has great policies regarding diversity and seems to be very supportive of the communities in which it operates. The bad: it can be very disorganized at times. While the company is very professional, as a software developer I don't find the environment to be very vibrant - there are too many silos. A more collaborative workplace would be much more satisfying."
