"TR is a very poorly managed company esp. when it comes to managing a technology company - considering that it is mainly a data company. The data portion is managed quite well but technology companies and TR are like water and oil."

With the recent sell of the healthcare division Truven Healthcare is undergoing lots of change. Not sure what new company will look like when it's done.
