"Some managers never acknowledge you are around. Some hate that you are in control of certain duties and make your life horrible.im a team player and innovative. Some employees also have an issue with that."

"I did not like the amount of unnessary travel, trips required at least two and half days ,and lack of documented procedures."

"Prepare and keep current desktop procedures, maintain current files on commission plans, and more involvement with process improvements"
