"More pay and look to your expert entry level employees for your solutions. Many of your managers don't really have a clue and usually end up causing more workload with more room for error with their fixes. You have a great work force, but you're losing them and their trust in you because of your middle managements stupidity."

"Train the employees to meet your expectations. Do not penalize or intimidate them when they have personal issues - try to assist them to the best of your ability and notify them monthly of their progress."

"TFS management has no sense of honor. Work for them at your own risk."

What don't you like about working at Thermo Fisher Scientific?

"Entire division shut down, no rel offers at all. Management of TFS was not truthful with personnel and everyone felt screwed. Products were sent to facilities where the employees had no knowledge of the products, or procedures. Facility, which had been in place for 30 years, land probably contaminated with lead and 3rd generation isotopes, lies fallow with no attempt by TFS to clean up."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Honor is a concept that is not outdated. The moves that were made were according to thought processes that were interested in a quick buck, not a long term existence. Karma will out."
