Don't take things too personally, when someone leaves for another position or becomes frustrated with lack of pay; the work atmosphere is second to none and the Managers have an awful lot to do with that.

2.3 Practically nonexistent raises for more than five years. More attention to bottom line than to quality, technical excellence and retaining key staff. Serious and steady decline in morale for the past two years, with most of us looking for a way out now. CEO and his executive management seem clueless or choose to ignore the situation.

TestAmerica Laboratories, Inc. provides environmental analysis through sampling and laboratory testing from over 90 offices across the United States. TestAmerica has three divisions that are totally integrated into full-service packages for public and private clients. QED Environmental Systems provides air-powered pumping, sampling and remediation equipment for groundwater and waste water. EMLab P&K is the largest commercial laboratory for testing indoor air quality. METCO provides full source emissions testing for domestic and international clients.

TestAmerica was founded in 1997 and is based in Amherst, New York. Beyond the other physical laboratories, the company owns several mobile labs and has many subsidiary laboratories. Clients include private industry, consulting services, Department of Defense and Department of Energy. Past revenue exceeded $250 annually.
