"Sales Management did not have the authority to make decisions related to the Human Resources department"

"Stand up for your best employees and find a way to make things happen."

"The benefits were great. I really enjoyed seeing the country and meeting new people."

"Be yourself, there are some great people that work for that company but always remember it's a company and you always have to do more."
What don't you like about working at Ecolab?
"The traveling - it was a gift and a curse. I could never establish a life at home always being on the road."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To be more open to their employees. The stress at a job which was 100% of the job should be better compensated. I enjoyed every second of it."

"They should of tried to save the last group of field sales employees before they had to let them go. We were the best they had at the end in sales and potentials."

"Keep the good employees at the job,try to really find them another job in another division since we had several divisions,especially the last group of sales force they had which were the very best."

"At our very first conference of the year, the speaker said a lot of y'all won't be here at the end of the year. This was my third day on the job"

"Slow down with the hiring, and properly train the staff you have, instead of doing big layoffs three times a year."
