"I have been employed with Teleperformance since 2016 and it was a great experience to move through the company quickly. Lots of opportunity for advancement for dedicated hard working employees. Work life balance is low for salaried employees as you can be working 60 plus hours per week. Meetings are pretty rough as they threaten to clean house a lot and causes unnecessary stress and worry for even top producers. They need to allow management to coach effectively and praise advisors and offer incentives for those who do well."

"I’ve worked for Teleperformance USA since 2018 and it is a very comfortable setting working from home. If you have patience and enjoy helping others that this is an excellent job for you! Multitasking and knowledge in technology is essential."

"I've work for this company for 6 months the training was very good it's super helpful but was lacking as you can bring your cell phone had to bring objects laminated couldn't bring snacks on the floor if you work there for a long time your guarantee did not move up most of the managers don't do anything very prison like"

"No ethics and no upper management take responsibility, will not work with someone who has a disability with a doctors note. Will not be honest with what the job description is. Treatment of employees was disrespectful, and disgusting. If you want to have all your rights, including having your personal property and medications taken away and be treated like inmate in prison, I would not recommend this job to anyone. Unless you want to be dealing with disrespect along with being lied to. Absolutely horrible experience with teleperformance."

"I am currently in my last week of the training class and, I must say the training is set up very poorly. The entire facility is ran as more of a game rather than an actual business and, when people make mistakes they just write it off, thus there are no consequences for anything anybody does. Also a lot of the agents on the call floor have no idea what they are even talking about and, half of the time they give out the wrong information and, are also very rude to members. Teleperformance does give you 40 hours a week and, it's alright money. I guess the problem is that the place hires any degenerate who breathes the breath of life and, therefore the whole company suffers as a result. The company needs a solid structure, better training and, it needs to hire decent human beings instead of the undesirables. In short teleperformance gets a 5 out of 10 from me. It's a decent place if you need a job in between jobs, however it's no career considering the current business model they are following."

"Poorly designed training curriculum. Favoritism with management members promoting their friends. More violations of their client's policies then I can count."
