What do you like about working at teleNetwork?
"The ability to work from home was an advantage. However, you have to take into account you pay for your own equipment costs i.e computer and electric. So coupled with the low wage and ongoing running cost pay was below minimum."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Yes, don't go for the interview! if you have a dream or aspiration to be somebody don't apply. Seriously. This place is for drop outs or for desperate people in need. If that is you then proactively seek further employment whilst working here. There are no interview tips really as they employ anybody. They pay so low that they are grateful for any application."
What don't you like about working at teleNetwork?
"The culture of the company is poor. Their team-leaders use inappropriate threats in frontline staff. threats and low pay dose not boost moral and certainly doesn't make you want to perform well. They don't seem to understand that concept."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The frontline staff 9Tech support agents) are the most valuable asset of the company. Making illegal threats and low pay isn't going to make the company prosper for future growth. Employ team-leaders with the appropriate skills and qualifications in order to effectively a team. Thuggery is not a management skill."
