"The company is a great place to grow as a business professional but the company culture is just not there. The hierarchy is very distinct and professionals high up in the ladder often yell at underlings. It might be cultural as well but I definitely was not used to a company where simple respect is not always given. When the company isn't successful the first instinct of different areas in the company is to place the blame on each other instead of just working as a unit towards a solution. On a positive note, there are individuals that are working toward changing this company culture and that have great ideas for the future of the company."
