3.3 The company is a great place to grow as a business professional but the company culture is just not there. The hierarchy is very distinct and professionals high up in the ladder often yell at underlings. It might be cultural as well but I definitely was not used to a company where simple respect is not always given. When the company isn't successful the first instinct of different areas in the company is to place the blame on each other instead of just working as a unit towards a solution. On a positive note, there are individuals that are working toward changing this company culture and that have great ideas for the future of the company.

3.9 Great place to work, important projects at World/European level. Great motivational and professional environment, if you are an independent and autonomous thinker. Not the best place to be as a long term consultant. They don't wait for the many and often changes to set down, when new changes are ordered disorderly. Looks really as if the higher direction is not really looking at what is happening below the ranks. Too politicized.
