"Great place to work, important projects at World/European level. Great motivational and professional environment, if you are an independent and autonomous thinker. Not the best place to be as a long term consultant. They don't wait for the many and often changes to set down, when new changes are ordered disorderly. Looks really as if the higher direction is not really looking at what is happening below the ranks. Too politicized."
