What do you like about working at TEKsystems?

"I worked on site at Bank Of America. I like the position there in Charlotte, NC as a database administrator. They had about every type of Oracle database imaginable."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"No. The management there was very nice and understood the limitations of the contractors working for them."

What don't you like about working at TEKsystems?

"Bank Of America would only allow you to work for 18 months on contract and then you had to find a new opportunity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be able to extend contracts longer for contractors so they could work longer period of time."

What do you like about working at TEKsystems?

"Plenty of work, great for students in need of work while they're going to school."

"Tek Systems was interesting to work with. I got to explore many different companies and met many great people."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do a realistic self evaluation of your personal situation. A BS degree in pasture painting will only lose you a good opportunity if you do not have the credentials. Work harder than the average and go over and beyond the call. That way no one can criticize your work. And sometimes think about the prize at the end of the project, not just the money."

What don't you like about working at TEKsystems?

"Not enough of the work, I really want. I have a family to think about and I want to earn more than enough to just cover bills."

"This is a contract company. You never know when you will be out of work."

What don't you like about working at TEKsystems?

"Like most consulting companies, once you're placed at a client site you are stuck there until the contract is over (unless you quit, of course)."

"There are plenty of jobs available."

"If you're desperate, then go ahead and take the job; otherwise, there are better companies."

"They really don't care if you do a great job at your assignment."

"Care more about your workers and perhaps they will be more loyal to you."

"Contracting firm - provides some benefits others do not."

"They will contact you when they want you to work for them, after that, good luck with trying to get a hold of the person that you HAVE to deal with!"
