"The economic situation dictates the market, so there is not much room for improvement. However, they might want to concentrate less on hiring sales-minded recruiters, and instead try to attract talent from the current workforce - someone who actually knows what employers are looking for."

"I worked with one recruiter who put me in an uncomfortable position within one of the companies and although I worked with TekSystems for a long time and had several rewarding experiences this left a bitter taste in my mouth."
