"I love my job. My favorite part is being trusted to handle a diverse set of projects and teams, so if i'm not expanding my own skillset, I get the satisfaction of helping others expand their own."
"While I was not the most enamored with TEKsystems, I must admit that they are my first experience with a technical consulting company. Many people whom I met on assignment from other technology consulting companies had very positive things to say about TEK, and judging by their horror stories from different companies, it did make me count my blessings to at least be with a company who always paid me on time."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"As long as you're under contract, the differences of being a contract employee and being an internal employee will always bother you no matter how much you convince yourself otherwise. It feels like such a sham. Contract to hire makes sense, but these are just revolving contracts with no chance at achieving job stability. It can wear on you pretty hard."
"Pay was decent, but it is basically just a body shop. You are just thrown at the client and no employer backing."

"Be honest in your answers. Stay positive. Look for new opportunities with the company when hired."

"The trap of a single line of work. Limited compensation for contracts, often dictated by the client."
