What do you like about working at Eastman Kodak?
"I genuinely liked all my coworkers. They were a good group of people and we would really gather as a team and help each other out."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Unfortuantely there is not much to say because the entire department was moved to India, and they have ceased making that particular product line"
What don't you like about working at Eastman Kodak?
"There were several questionable policies from people who were not from our office and had never been to our office that we couldn't question. They came from very high up in the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think moving the entire department to India was a terrible idea. By far the biggest complaint I received from people was that they couldn't understand the person on the phone on account of the accent."

"Poor communication, the ability to express concerns and issues to employees in a proper way."

"Talk to employees, promote a positive work place, don't let one employee discourage the thoughts of all management."

"I liked the work that I did and the people that I worked with every day."

"It is overall a good company to work for that rewards people who take initiative and work hard."
What don't you like about working at Gates That Open?
"GTO purchased a company that made security camera equipment. Decreases in sales prompted continual chages in managment over a year and half period. I had three different managers, two different vice presidents, and a new director during that time. It was a tumultuous experience."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Over the last year and a half, management needed to do a better job of investigating the causes of decreased sales. They needed to spend time with the employees at all levels to understand the needs of the new company. As it was, they met behind closed doors in the ivory tower and made a whole string of bad decisions that led to the new company's 40% decrease in sales."

"I liked because in that company we helped people to repaire computers."

"I don't like about working at Sutherland company that there the work is temporary (short programs)"

"I think they can management better, and keep the employee for other programs."
