"No compensation for the work and effort done. No bonus or raises in 3 years of working there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Compensate employees you wish to keep. Reward excellent statistics and if a strong contributor, make sure they know it and are rewarded."

"Be yourself and have patience. Be able to roll with the punches."

What don't you like about working at Globalinx?

"We are not very good at project management. We consistently start a new project before the dust or post mortem is done on our last initiative. This does not lend itself to a high quality product for the end user."

"Have a road map and strategy where you want to go. Don't chase after everything, pick and choose your pursuits. Finish what you started and follow through."

"I had problems with my supervisor at the time I left. Hand I known this Project Manager was going to quit a month after I did, I would never have left."
