"I really like the people and the team that I built. I am most proud of that. Developing people to become great technicians and better people is quite rewarding."

"Be yourself and have patience. Be able to roll with the punches."

What don't you like about working at Globalinx?

"We are not very good at project management. We consistently start a new project before the dust or post mortem is done on our last initiative. This does not lend itself to a high quality product for the end user."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have a road map and strategy where you want to go. Don't chase after everything, pick and choose your pursuits. Finish what you started and follow through."
