"Seek to get a definite layout of your potential responsibilities and what you may be expected to take on as you progress. There were many days that our team was held off from our core duties while we performed routine Helpdesk support for our own coworkers."

"Lackluster direct supervision and feedback on job performance, distant management (commuted from atlanta and was only in the office once a week)"

"Seek better definition between management and sales duties. Include employees more in company's long-term strategic planning and development"
