"Do your best!!!Anyhow, I do still recommend that this place is great."

"I do still like them very much. A small disadvantage factor is that the plant is located in the remote area."

"Company has been merged from WJ to SVG to ASML to Aviza Technology. It would be best to keep all the core engineers instead of letting go whenever new manager takes over the department."

"1-Improve the compensation and benefits to cut down the attrition rate, better/effective communication within the management team.2- Better pro-activity to provide up-to-date tools for management ( Enough of Time Consuming Manual spreadsheets!) 3- Gradually upgrade the IT infrastructure/ mainframe to provide redundancy/availability and load balancing."
