"Don't stray to the dark side. IBM doesn't care about anything but the bottom line and the exec's fat pockets. Stay as far away as you can, even as a customer."

"Management heavy. Managers don't have a clue about the work the reports do."

"Trim 99% and then you might have something. Start at the top and work down."
