"Nothing that I can think of"

"I like the good benefits and good career opportunities if you are in the correct roles/business groups."
What don't you like about working at Microsoft?
"Management is very cold and robotic. There is a lot of favoritism and discrimination between the 10+ year veterans and the newer employees. It is overly competitive, and common sense is lacking."
What do you like about working at IBM?
"Strong product"
What don't you like about working at IBM?
"Public Knowledge knowledge of the product."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Unfortunately they have other products that are in demand so Informix is just another product."
What do you like about working at Future Electronics?
"I learned a great deal at Futur Electronics. Upper management served as great role models and the experience was very beneficial."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The company's goal is not to win on price but through design efforts and programs. This can be frustrating for new comers to the industry but I have come to believe that it is truly the best way because you would earn more over time."
What don't you like about working at Future Electronics?
"The repeated changes in compensation would be my primary answer."

"None. They do a great job and I wouldn't change a thing."

"Closing big deals, working with large accounts, the technology, the travel and the hunt."

"them selling out and having to look for a job"

"when you have a sales rep with a pipeline to blow his number out by 30-50% hang on to him and undersr=tand sales are driven by relationships as well as solutions"

"The flexibility in the schedule and being able to work a schedule that was appealing to a great work/life balance. Their incentives and benefits package are great and hard to be rivaled by other companies."

"Being yourself is the greatest asset for applying/interviewing here. There are real people with families and lives interviewing you, so keep in mind these people need to know you on a personal level, not just a professional basis."
What don't you like about working at Agilent Technologies?
"The personal advancement was quite slow and the company is very large, making transitions in acquisitions and mergers usually overtook the overall employee morale focus."

"A focus on employee morale and career coaching is a must as people managers and a structured bonus package needs to be communicated and attainable for all employees."

"Six Sigma culture."
