"I don't like the corporate red tape of a large corporation to get anything done to allow you to be more effective in your job."

"Simplify the hiring process for new employees, and identify the role of the position and setup user tools to be effective in the new role from day one."

"ACS was in the process of being sold to Xerox and there were several issues that trickled down."

"Develop a management plan and vision for the future, then communicate that to the employees."

"DEC was a great place to work, but when the merger took place with Compaq and then with HP it was depressing. HP did not like DEC folks."

"At Digital, I would have had a pension, but at HP you have to be 65."

"The employees are so depressed. Make HP a people company like Digital. Employees always came 1st."

"Excellent team enjoyed fantastic support from Cisco, HP and Sun to deliver complex enterprise solutions."

"I like the products and brand recognition."

"It is all dependent on how good your manager is."

"It is so big and complex that is hard to get professional growing. Maybe my role doesn't allow to realize my full potential, as the slogan said."

"Have more focus on direct reports. I feel like nobody cares, and you are just a number."
