"Be yourself, be honest and listen to what the company expects and make sure you can give what is expected of you as an employee."

"You cannot stay in the same store, area and grow within the company, you have to move on to another location to get promoted."

"Make sure equipment works, make sure as a company you are ready to grow when you put in changes."

"The company does make an effort for recognition of some team members. The environment was fun the majority of the time. You can easily build relationships with your team and your peers if you put time and effort into it."

"They tend to hire into upper management with new college graduates with no experience. Moving up the ranks even with an education was still a who you know game."
What don't you like about working at Target?
"Politics play a huge role with the ETL team. Since the majority of the ETL staff were fresh college graduates they had no previous work related experience. The team leads are the foundation of the store organization and keep the ball moving. Team leaders are expected to do a lot and when they become vocal and want to challenge leadership they are quickly put into the process of CCA's and coachings."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would have made more of an effort to interact with the team. The team will respect you more if they see that you understand them as people and not just work horses. The majority of the time my boss spent their time in the offices hanging out or eating in Target Cafe."

"Working with all of the different departments and the ability to control customer customer satisfaction."

"My best suggestion to anyone applying at GD-Itronix is to walk away if asked for an interview."

"The lack of vision and motivation of the employees. The company is quickly heading to non-existence."

"Quit counting beans. Take the time to listen to the employees' suggestions. Listen to the customers and start caring about the future."

"The company is aware of the trends of the business and reacts to them if a quck manner. In addtion has been diversifying to support growth potential."

"It would be difficulty to give tips since each hiriing manager has a different approach to interviewing. I would say believe in yourself and your abilities."

"In the past the employees survey has indicated a concern over job security and growth potential."

"I would ask them to provide better action steps to address the concerns of employee concerns."

"To learn company's culture and communicate with clients, colleagues, managers. I can develop myself quickly within a wonderful company. I learned the responsibility, hard work and positive attitude."

"I find it difficult for me to have a long distance to go to work before. Everyday, I need to take nearly 2 hours to go to work, it is crazy."

"in lieu of the extreme temperatures, bring lots of fluids."
What don't you like about working at Ford Motor?
"the extreme temperatures specifically in the summer months. The humidity and temperatures become so uncomfortable you find yourself constantly searching for air conditioned areas."

"I had many suggestions mainly due to the fact I am Green Belt Certified. My suggestions saved/created more profits for the comp."

"My commute is 3 hours round trip. Fortunately I use public transport so I get some reading time (lemonade!)"

"Epic will very likely make a positive contribution to our health practitioner's views because it will aid them in treatment protocols, especially CPOE"
