"Be more involved in what your employees do, so you can see what all they do for the company.My manager had no clue what all I did, he just knew everything was running smooth."

"Be sure what you are looking for, or it will come back to bite you."

What don't you like about working at TE Connectivity?

"I didn't. The mechanics are supposed to be set-up people. What they are actually doing is more along the lines of what maintenance does in repairing the machine. Realigning timing chains, replacing gears, etc..."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Use maintenance for maintenance duties, and use machine operators and set-up to do just that, set-up and operate."

"AMP was a great place to work but it wasn't so great when Tyco took over."
