"Well, there is A LOT of BACKSTABBING. People cause a lot of drama."

"Don't get rid of people who work for you for 7+ years just because you want your best friend to have your spot."

"Be aware that every mistake you may make will be remembered and held against you. Training is haphazard at best and inefficient, so unless you pick things up instantly you will struggle."

"Unrealistic expectations make you feel like a rat in a maze. Upper management is rarely happy and provides you with little direction other than do better. Instead of developing improvement plans they berate, criticize, and demean you."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Being positive leaders and focusing on effective communication is critical for running a successful business and getting the most out of people. Leave the pettiness and backstabbing out of it. Work shouldn't feel like junior high. Training people right is crucial to having a great staff. If you don't take time to build up the people around you, then you might as well give up."
