"As with any job there is good and bad with the position you are in. The issue I have with the company is there are no avenues of resolution for the things that a manager or a team member may find to be bad about their current work situation. Outside of the restaurant, there is little support and a lack of direction, the online resources and technology available are, for the lack of a better word, abysmal. The number one aspect to this job is the potential for growth."
