"Not a lot of support from management. The job location is Afghanistan"

"Try to be more involved with your deployed employee's. we seem to get forgotten"

What do you like about working at Activu?
"Working at Activu was an experience you had to feel for yourself. The environment has a perfect blend of relaxation when there's downtime and a hard working grind it out behavior when its crunch time. Everyone there, and I truly mean everyone is understanding, willing to help, teach, listen and learn without a glimpse of hesitation. I'd recommend working at Activu corporation to anyone."

"This is a job/company you WANT to be a part of, don't mess it up!"

"Nothing, the company is reputable, respectable and has a bright future ahead of it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire more staff! At the rapid rate in which you're clientele is growing it should reflect in its staff as well."

"Company is trying to improve the culture to make it inclusive and fair for all employees.This is a very good company if you work for a good manager."

"Better know somebody in management who can support you or else you won't last long."
What don't you like about working at Macy's?
"Systems and procedures are not followed. So company lacks means to measure and control systems and processes. This puts lots of stress on people who are trying to do good work for the company and end up working long hours. Loyalty wins over performance, hands down, and this discourages open communications."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Implement best practices (systems and procedures) throughout the company. Do not allow loyalty to become main criteria for rewards and punishment."

"Workking culture is very good and knowledge sharing is excellent. I like attitute of learning new technology and taking challenges and executing it with team work."
