"For a small casino, it was able to meet challenges as best it could due to isolation and lack of infrastructure and supplies on the island of Exuma which the government is trying to resolve."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be honest with your staff about any potential hazards they may have to face, especially if relocation is a factor. Many people can cope with relocation better than others."
What don't you like about working at Casino at Emerald Bay?
"Flexibility of management when dealing with staff. The area has several limitations that the staff had to cope and overcome such as medical services, homesickness, etc"

"Listen and be available to staff. Try to work with your staff as a team to be a success"

"The technology and the co workers."

"Have a background in the defense contracting space."
What don't you like about working at Northrop Grumman?
"The political environment of the defense industry. It is very difficult to think outside the box and often innovation is looked down upon because of the mind set that technology must remain static over time in order for it to work properly. I think this comes from the aging mainframe community that existed."

"building technology group in Indiana is not organized, no one will make a executive decsion"
