"The problem isn't the whole of UNC, it's just my department. Other departments ARE vibrant, creative and collaborative. Mine just needs a fresh spark."

"In the academic world, non-PhD professionals are frequently treated with disdain by degree holders (often at the same time said academics are seeking out your expertise because they have no understanding of technology whatsoever)."
What don't you like about working at University of North Carolina?
"UNC has become terribly risk-averse, and its response to previous problems has been to create nightmarish bureaucratic entanglements that make it hard to actually obey all the rules so that there is ALWAYS someone to blame when something goes wrong. Having someone to blame is more important than doing things right."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"We need to spend less time worrying about everything that could possibly go wrong and focus on the opportunities for success that we have."

"Good company, but in Finland there isn't so many kinds of project to chose."

"The new interviewer should be more active to learn new things. Or express that they are eager to learn new things."

"There are too few kinds of projects that we can chose, in Finland"

"The creed of Accenture is High Performance, delivered. Sometimes, quality is also important."

"you should be good in English writing and speaking. and you have to be friend with all nationalities. no place for racists :)"

"they don't give the salaries that you expect to get"

"they should watch their employees more because some of them don't get the credit they deserve"

"Company was a solid and large government contractor very stablr and openly traded"

"SAIC is an excellent company to work for I would gladly return to work for them but not at my former customer site."
What don't you like about working at SAIC?
"After 7 years of excellent support at the government facility a management change occured which change the enviroment from one of highly supportave and cooperative to a hostile and combative situation"

"None SAIC management team was excellent Management team at the customer site was poor at best in the end"
