"I enjoyed working with familiar technologies such as MS Access and VB, which I was strongest at, as well as getting some financial experience."

"Be honest and know what you are talking about as well as your skills."

What don't you like about working at TransAmerica?

"I could only get in on a contract, and when it was over, so was my job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give a chance to disabled professionals like myself who worked on your systems in the past and have some knowledge of your environment to work as a programmer or what they are best at, not just what positions are open at the time, like QA. If I agree to switch to QA just to join the firm, at least give me a chance to start off as a junior QA."
