"The people and the trust people have in each other. Also, the team dynamics is very well structured, everyone gets along."

"Since we are closing our project and have been told approximately when things should be done, the atmosphere is very unsure of when the layoffs will arrive."

"The managers who only care about themselves and their friends."

"Upper management should be the first people laid off. Lay off one of them, you can keep 2 or 3 workers."
