"Working on an Air Force base is interesting because there is a lot government rules you have to follow, such as having your vehicle registered in order to get on base."

"They pile more and more work on us with little to no training, and leave us with no advancement opportunity and no significant raises."

"Care about your employees, compensate them fairly, and at the least, give enough raise for cost of living increase."
