"The environment is highly political and and highly bureaucratic. Because of the politics and bureaucracies, it takes a long time to get anything done."

"Be less political and less bureaucratic. Also, update the technology such network, PC, and database."

"The courtesy. Flexible timings, they deployed me at Ford, India to work in my domain."

"No growth for my domain ie, CAD/CAM/CAE Development using C++"

"They are really good enough in everything. But they may try to widen their area of business into my domain also."

"Very easy deadlines which can be moved back if you ask. Everyone is friendly."

"You have to have an easy to get along personality to get hired. If you are not friendly, they won't hire you."

"Too many of their programs are made with Visual Basic and are in Windows Forms. They don't want to get with the times and go full C# because their programmers are old."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Cut out Visual Basic, it's stupid and old. Stop using Windows Forms. It does nothing to help anyone's career. Upgrade all computers to Internet Explorer 9."

"Be confident at the time of the interview and don't be afraid to ask specific questions like the kind of project that you will be working on as a future employee if selected."

"I wish there were more opportunities both in terms of learning any new technology and leadership."

"Every resource needs to be mentored and then monitored, a company must invest some resource in grooming its employees."

"Make sure you want a job with 60 hour weeks, ambiguous directions, no recognition, and no potential for growth."

"Management is out for themselves. If I offerred a solution to a complex problem, it was always found wanting. My manager berated employees in daily meetings, and used profanity in casual conversation. His demeanor was one of intimidation and inexperience."

"Acknowledge and reward employees. There is no employee recognition at WF."
