What do you like about working at Blue Cross Blue Shield?

"Some of the people were nice to serve them as the help-desk. I solved all their problems."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be careful, and don't build too much hope on what the managers promise."

What don't you like about working at Blue Cross Blue Shield?

"HR, managers, and directors lie to their teams and never fulfill their promises. There was no trust between my manager and my director. The director had no trust on anyone, and that was passed on to the employees. The big chief promised to take care of our family needs, but that was not true. On my exit interview, I was thrown out as a dog not able to go back to my office to get my personal belongings. There was not enough training to move on to a different position. Even if there were training given, it became useless because it did not apply to any real-life situation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"1) They should trust their employees. 2) If upper management says some things, they should stick to it. 3) Employees should be given the opportunity to seek another position in the company for benefiting both employer and employee. 4) Training should match with the assignment the employee is working or going to work on. 5) Raises or compensation should match the current inflation, or close to it."
