"I love the daily challenges I get to face in my every day job. Since I happen to work in a jack-of-all-trades role, I never know what tomorrow will bring. The dynamics of my position allow me to remain educated in field as it grows and develops and prevents me from becoming bored."

"I love being able to make things my own and develop policy and procedures that I create rather then always looking for a higher up person for answers."

"As a child I received my first computer and have been hooked ever since. When I sit down to create a piece of software I don't see it as work but as a way to be creative and create something that can make a task easier or more streamlined for a customer. Software development allows me to utilize my analytical skills to not only create something that fulfills a need but to find where a problem occurred when a bug occurs in an application."

"Working as a systems administrations is interesting. It brings you the opportunity to mix with all the working teams of the company, sometimes you need to learn a little bit about the program which isn't working, so you get a lot of knowledge. On the other hand, is a little bit stressful, you can have a lot of co-workers stopped because servers don't work, or the CEO blaming at you because production environment failed, that's definitely the worst of systems administration."
