"I feel there is no real culture at the company. Business units are in a silo and do not work together."

"I was interviewed by a manager who believed in my skills. It is unique in the sense that I told them that I have not worked in the areas of their interest. They had faith in my ability and attitude to learn quickly and contribute. I lived up to their expectation."

"At times, the management confuses in the product strategy and direction."

"Have a consistent message. Work on opportunities instead of focusing heavily on old product lines."

"Remove layers. Give engineers more say. Get rid of half your product managers - most suck!"

"It is a great company and our engineering department is great."

"Stay away from technical services, other than that, it is a great place to work."

"My department is not so well organized and my boss is not very likable."
