I’m currently an Intermodal driver for Swift Transportation in California. One of Swift’s main problems is the company lacks leadership and a well-qualified management team who can provide first-hand customer service for the drivers and all employees, and continue to help these trucking companies prosper. Without the people or the drivers, these trucking companies like Swift Transportation and others cannot survive. Drivers need to understand one key element (the drivers hold the key to their success and failure), if only we come together to take a stand. If every driver from around the world was to walk-out, this trucking industry would take a “deep dive” and their stocks would fall like pouring water in a storm. Swift Transportation is like a parasite, growing amongst the people like mole. Swift Transportation attaches itself to their employees and all who walk amongst their grounds, over all 48 states “do the math”. Literally sit down at your computers to read these honest and real-life true reviews, are indeed real as it gets.
