"I've spent seven years with Swift, six years the first time and I've been with them now just a little over a year. They have been fair and honest. I could not ask for more. There are drivers willing to work and there are drivers who want almost everything handed to them. Show a little incentive and you will be treated accordingly. Training videos and really good driver leaders can go a long way. Use your head, pay close attention to safety and you can make a great career with Swift."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't let the driver managers push you around, don't complain, do your job, get your time in and move on if this is the direction you choose to go. Go through a outside driving school so your not locked into the company for 1 1/2 years paying their school debt off out of your paycheck"

What don't you like about working at Swift Transportation?

"Some driver managers are worthless"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give employees time off that they deserve, work with the driver managers who are having trouble with their drivers, ie. not getting along with each other"
